South Korean Journalist Stunned by Shin Tae-yong's Dismissal as Indonesia National Team Coach

ESPN journalist Kim Hyeon-jun expressed shock over the dismissal of Shin Tae-yong as the head coach of the Indonesian national football team.

Shin, who led South Korea to the Round of 16 at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, was appointed as Indonesia's coach in December 2019. Under his guidance, the team made significant progress, reaching the final of the 2020 AFF Championship and qualifying for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup.
